BliTzLaB # 2 Movement + Form / Listening + Sound De-Sign: Workshop of dance and movement synergistic [English text follows]
BliTzLab # 2 “Movimento + Forma / Ascolto + Di-Segno Sonoro” Workshop di danza e movimento sinergetico basato sulla trasposizione di tecniche compositive musicali in azioni coreografiche.
Organizzato da AntiTesi in collaborazione con Essepa e Ouragan.
A chi è rivolto il workshop E' rivolto a tutti coloro che usano il proprio corpo come mezzo espressivo indipendentemente dall'ambito (danza, teatro, mimica, performance etc...) e dal genere (danza classica, contemporanea, butoh, contact etc..).
Unico elemento richiesto è una esperienza minima per il proprio specifico che consenta al partecipante di avere un ruolo attivo e propositivo durante il laboratorio. Non è indicato a chi non ha alcuna esperienza pregressa nell'utilizzo del proprio corpo come mezzo espressivo.
Conduttore del Workshop Il workshop è condotto da Domenico Sciajno (www.sciajno.net) musicista e compositore attivo nel campo dei mixed media che ha sviluppato uno specifico metodo di lavoro interdisciplinare ed intermediale e si avvarrà come consulenza sul movimento della presenza della danzatrice e coreografa Alessandra Luberti.
Descrizione del Workshop Workshop intensivo pratico [BliTzLaB] su Movimento e Forma/Ascolto e Di-Segno Sonoro finalizzato all'allestimento di una performance interdisciplinare dal vivo.
La peculiarità di questo laboratorio è che sebbene sia indirizzato a chi usa il corpo come mezzo espressivo (danzatori, attori etc..) è condotto da un musicista e compositore. Questo è possibile grazie al fatto che Sciajno ha sviluppato un metodo di lavoro intermediale ed interdisciplinare derivato dalle tecniche di composizione sonora e musicale.
I partecipanti saranno chiamati a sviluppare processi formali-espressivi e percorsi coreografici attraverso alcune delle strategie di creazione e organizzazione sonora e musicale ideate e adottate da Sciajno che a tale proposito dice: "Queste tecniche mirano a valorizzare e sviluppare i contributi dei singoli partecipanti, stimolando movimenti e forme che esplorano creativamente l'instabilità dell'astrazione e la sua naturale tensione verso un'armonia 'altra' piuttosto che il gesto figurativo e convenzionalmente didascalico. Ogni danzatore diverrà parte di un tutto interagendo ed integrandosi col resto del gruppo così come interagiscono e si integrano le voci degli strumenti musicali in una composizione per orchestra."

Date e Durata del Workshop: Il workshop si articolerà in 5 incontri su tre mesi per un totale di almeno 20 ore.
I 4 BliTzLaB saranno: Sabato 12 e sabato 26 Marzo, sabato 2 e sabato 16 Aprile 2011 ore 15.30-19.00.

Hearing / Interview The method used is designed for a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 14 participants .

Verrà fatta una pre-selezione in base alle informazioni inviate per email a seguito della quale verrà definito l'appuntamento.
Durante l'audizione si condurrà una sessione di gruppo di movimento della durata di circa 1 ora a termine della quale si terrà un breve colloquio.
E' consigliato quindi presentarsi con abbigliamento comodo.

BliTzLab # 2 "+ Form Movement / Listen + Sound De-Sign" Workshop of synergetic movement and dance based on the Transposition of music composition techniques in action choreography. Organized by

Anticipated Audience (Who can benefit from the workshop) It is aimed at those who use their bodies as a means of expression.
Regardless from field (dance, theater, dance theater, mime, performance ... etc) and genre (ballet, modern, butoh, contact etc. ..).
The only element required is a minimum experience which allows the participant to have an active and creative role during the workshop. It is not suitable for those who have no prior experience in the use of one's body as an expressive medium.
Conductor of Workshop The workshop is led by Domenico Sciajno (www.sciajno.net), musician and composer active in the field of mixed media, who has developed a specific method of work based on interdisciplinariety and intermedia. He will be assisted by f the dancer and choreographer Alessandra Luberti as movement consultant.
Description of Workshop Intensive practical workshop [BliTzLaB] on "Movement + Form / Listen + Sound De-Sign" finalized to the staging of a live interdisciplinary performance.
The peculiarity of this workshop is that although it is addressed to those who use the body as an expressive medium (dancers, actors, etc. ..) is led by a musician and composer. This is possible due to the fact that Sciajno has developed a method of inter-media and interdisciplinary work derived from the techniques of sound and musical composition.
Participants will be required to develop formal-expressive processes and choreographic paths through some of the strategies for creating and organizing sound and music created and adopted by Sciajno. He in this regard says: "These techniques are designed to enhance and develop the contributions of the participants, stimulating movements and forms that explore creatively the instability of abstraction and its natural tendency towards different concepts of 'harmony' rather than implementing the figurative gesture in a conventional contest. Each dancer will become part of a whole, interacting and integrating with the rest of the group as well as the voices of musical instruments interact and integrate in a composition for orchestra."
Each meeting includes a first part of warming-up carried out by the dancer and choreographer Alessandra Luberti that it will assist with technical advices during the workshops.

Final Performance The final performance is an interdisciplinary representation in which choreography of sound and movement will be an emanation of the other.
It will be a single stream whose components do not live according to traditional synchronization techniques but by the emergence of events resulting from sound compositional processes transposed into choreographic possibilities.
Assumed Knowledge for participants Participants must have a minimum level of experience in the use of their body as a medium to provide an active and creative role during the workshop. To this end, we will hold an audition / interview for the selection of participants.
Date and Time of Workshop: The workshop will consist of five meetings in three months for a total of at least 20 hours.
The 4 BliTzLaB will be: Saturday 12th and Saturday, March 26, Saturday 2 and Saturday 16 Aprile 2011 hours 15:30 to 19:00.
The fifth meeting, including preparation, rehearsal and performance will last a minimum of eight hours, will be the day of the final performance and will take place and a date to be as close to the last meeting (possible on Sunday, April 17, but the date and time remain to be confirmed).

Final certificate Who carries out the entire workshop, including the final performance will receive a certificate of participation from Antithesis Cultural Association - Center for Interdisciplinary Research and development for the new art (www.antitesi.org).
